Denver, Colorado
Deneuve led the design-build team for this large (89 unit) affordable housing project with exceptional sustainability features (LEED Platinum) on a tight schedule and budget. View a video about this project here!

Affordable/ Multi-Family/ New Construction

We incorporated 14 modular townhomes into this project, saving design time while also allowing the team to meet its aggressive design and financial closing schedule.

As the design/builder for this very exciting project, we were responsible for every aspect of the design and construction effort. In addition to being one of the more sustainable affordable housing projects ever built in the Denver area, this project set a new standard for DHA in terms of the design and budgeting process. 100% of this project’s heating, cooling, and domestic hot water needs will be met with geothermal heat pumps, and the project will be LEED Platinum certified.
