Mental Health Center of Denver – Sanderson Apartments

Denver, Colorado

New Construction/Permanently Supportive Housing

The Mental Health Center of Denver envisioned, and collaboratively completed, a unique residential building to serve chronically homeless and traumatized individuals. This 50,000 square foot, 3 story, 60 unit building offers very pleasant sunny interiors, a safe courtyard, community meeting space and offices for case workers. Hailed as a breakthrough example of Housing First, the Sanderson community furthers Deneuve’s compassionate side of its social services.
