Remodel/ Office/ Daycare/ Community Facility

Originally built in the 1950’s, the single story 5,300 sq. foot building was completely remodeled and expanded by another 5,800 sq. feet with the addition of a second story. This allowed the first floor to serve as reception, daycare, kitchen, and a computer lab and resource library for Boulder adults in need. The new second story addition houses office and administrative spaces as well as conference and classroom areas. Deneuve provided pre-construction services, value engineering, and construction management to maintain a budget based solely on fundraising efforts.
