The Iron Flats Mixed-Use Development is located at 23rd Street and Spruce in Boulder. The development consists of the 16,000 square foot Colorado office of The Nature Conservancy, the 11,000 square foot 2400 Spruce Street Building, which houses 6 office suites, and four residential buildings with a total of 24 residences. The final phase of construction, a mixed-use building with 3 residential lofts above ground level office space, began in February of 2005.
