About our Staff
Deneuve's staff includes 8 key project managers, whose activities are supported by a project coordinator, all with
extensive design/build experience and a wide range of project experience. The general manager oversees all projects as
well as facilitates the integration of the development and preconstruction phase with the construction phase. From large,
out-of-the-ground high quality corporate facilities to historic restoration to high design restaurants, and fast-track
retail, tenant finish Deneuve has experience working on a variety of projects. The staff has experience managing projects
requiring meticulous attention to detail and technical installations. Each of the project managers possess the construction
management and supervisory skills which are so necessary to meet the construction challenges of this exciting, ever changing
industry.
Deneuve has 9 site superintendents on staff. The site superintendent serves as the full-time
field manager. There, he oversees the day-to-day operations of a project and lends assistance to the project manager.
Additionally, the site superintendent coordinates trades, troubleshoots problems, and directs subcontractors on job
specifics. Averaging 8 years experience with Deneuve, and multiple years' construction experience outside Deneuve, the site
superintendents have excellent experience and leadership skills in the construction phase of each project.
