Marshall Home Landing is a development pioneered by Family Tree, BlueLine Development, and Jefferson Center Mental Health. The Family Tree orginization has been filling service gaps for people affected by child abust and domestic violence in Jefferson County since 1976 and began offering homelessnesss assistance services in 1989. This housing-first vision will bring a 50,690 square foot, four story apartment building with 85 units. The building will be able to provide service provision, housed on-site staffing, and community gathering spaces to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and those at or below 30% area median income. Exposed Glulam construction and trauma informed design help balance the space for the residing community members. Family Tree will be able to provide Family Tree will provide on-site comprehensive, evidence-based services to help residents work toward goals and remain stably housed.
