The Nature Conservancy

Boulder, CO - New Construction/ Office/ Design-Build

The Nature Conservancy was the first building completed in the Iron Flats Mixed Use Development. The three-story, 16,000 square foot office building was purchased by The Nature Conservancy for it’s Colorado Chapter Headquarters in late 2000 with a build-to-suit contract. Deneuve Construction worked closely with The Nature Conservancy throughout the construction process as a design-build contractor and ultimately ensured the success of the project. The Nature Conservancy moved in by February of 2002. The building features an exterior mix of brick, steel, and wood that blends nicely into the surrounding mixed-use development while still illustrating a commitment to natural beauty. The interior features bamboo wood floors, two second-floor balconies and a large, central conference room.
